Mini Veggie Pizza




  • 1/4 cup Del Monte® Sliced Carrots, drained and diced
  • 1/2 whole grain bagel
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese


  1. Toast whole grain bagel half in a toaster oven on low heat.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on the toasted bagel half.
  3. Sprinkle low-fat mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Toast again in the toaster oven on low heat until cheese melts.
  5. Sprinkle carrots on top and enjoy.
