- ½ pounds Mild Breakfast Sausage
- ½ cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 2 packages (8 Ounces Each) Crescent Rolls
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Brown the sausage in a pan over medium heat. When done, make sure that you drain off any grease before putting it into a bowl. Let it cool slightly before adding the cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.
Meanwhile on a cookie sheet lay out the 16 triangles of crescent roll dough. Spoon (approximately 1 tablespoon each) the sausage/cheese mixture onto the larger end of each crescent roll. Take the larger end of the roll and fold the corners of the dough over the sausage mixture and begin rolling the “ball” down to the smaller point until you have formed a ball. Tuck everything up nicely so nothing leaks out while baking and place on the cookie sheet so that all the balls are evenly spaced.
Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes.
