Mini Veggie Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Del Monte® Sliced Carrots, drained and diced
- 1/2 whole grain bagel
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Toast whole grain bagel half in a toaster oven on low heat.
- Spread pizza sauce on the toasted bagel half.
- Sprinkle low-fat mozzarella cheese on top.
- Toast again in the toaster oven on low heat until cheese melts.
- Sprinkle carrots on top and enjoy.
